These terms explain who may use Otter Peps, how ordering works and the responsibilities that accompany research materials.

Otter Peps is operated by OP Industries. References to “we,” “us” and “our” mean OP Industries.

Researcher eligibility

You must be at least 21 and act on behalf of a qualified entity engaged in lawful research. Create your own researcher account, verify your email and complete the required age and research-use acknowledgments before accessing the catalog, prices or ordering tools.

Use accurate contact details, a full legal name and the appropriate entity type. Personal email addresses are accepted; the email domain alone does not establish research eligibility. We may seek clarification, restrict access or decline an order if the information is inaccurate or the intended use is inconsistent with these terms.

Research use only

Products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and analytical use. They are not for human or animal consumption, diagnosis, treatment or other therapeutic purposes. Do not ingest, inject or apply them to a person or animal, or represent them as medicines, supplements or cosmetics.

Buyers are responsible for lawful purchase and possession by their qualified research entity. We do not provide personal-use dosing or administration advice.

Your account and electronic signature

Keep your credentials private and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. At registration, and whenever we ask you to accept an updated edition, typing your legal name records your agreement to these terms and acknowledgment of the Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies. We retain the signed text, policy copies and acceptance timestamp for each edition you sign.

Account creation does not guarantee acceptance of every order. Marketing preferences are separate from the required account acknowledgments, and consenting to promotions is not a condition of purchasing.

Prices, quantities and order acceptance

Prices and order totals are in U.S. dollars (USD). Review the selected variant, quantity, pack contents, discounts, shipping and any applicable taxes before submitting an order. A pack’s contents are stated separately from its purchased quantity.

An order request or automated receipt is not confirmation that payment has settled or the order has shipped. Availability and order details must be confirmed. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you about an agreed alternative or refund. We will not substitute an item without your agreement.

A promotion applies only under its stated eligibility, dates, exclusions and combination rules. Price corrections will be communicated before fulfillment; you may decline a corrected order and receive a refund of any payment already collected.

Payment security

Use only the payment methods and instructions shown for your order. We accept bank transfer (ACH), Cash App and Zelle; card checkout is not currently offered. An order is paid only once we confirm the funds: submitting an ACH payment, sending a transfer or receiving an order reference does not by itself confirm payment.

This website uses HTTPS to encrypt information sent between your browser and our site. Payments are completed through the secure form or app of the payment service shown for your order. Never email card numbers, bank credentials or account passwords.

Bank transfers (ACH) and returned payments

Because of a high number of returned bank payments, ACH orders ship no sooner than five business days after payment so the transfer can complete. Higher-value ACH orders may also be held until the bank confirms settlement. Cash App and Zelle orders ship the next business day after we confirm payment.

If an ACH payment is returned, reversed or disputed for any reason, such as insufficient funds, a closed account or an unauthorized-payment claim, the order is treated as unpaid. An order that has not shipped will not ship, and you remain responsible for the full amount of any order that has already shipped.

After a returned payment we may place your account on hold, and pause orders that match its name, email address, phone number, shipping address or connection details, until the returned amount is repaid. We may also decline ACH for future orders and require another payment method.

Zelle and Cash App

Send exactly the order total to the recipient shown for your order and include your order number in the memo when your app allows it. Confirm the recipient name before sending: these transfers generally cannot be reversed, and we cannot recover money sent to the wrong recipient. We match manual payments by hand; your order ships after we confirm receipt.

Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains destinations, dispatch and tracking. The Refunds & returns policy explains cancellation requests, damaged or incorrect items, lost packages and refunds. Please read both before submitting an order.

Responsible use of the website

Do not bypass access controls, misuse another person’s account, submit false qualification information, interfere with the service or use the site for unlawful purposes. Do not reproduce product descriptions or branding to promote human or veterinary use.

Product documents describe the identified material, batch and test conditions. They do not establish safety or efficacy for a person or animal or promise a particular research outcome. Notify us if a listing or document appears inconsistent.

Changes and your rights

The date above identifies this edition. Updates will be posted here. When we make a material change, we will ask existing account holders to review and sign the updated edition before they continue to use the catalog or place orders. Stored account acceptance records preserve each edition actually signed. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Please contact us about an order problem so we can investigate. You retain any rights available through your bank, payment provider or applicable law.
