Optional enrollment
If Otter Peps introduces a messaging program, the enrollment screen will identify OP Industries / Otter Peps, the sending number, the types of messages and the terms that apply. Order updates and promotional texts will require separate choices. Providing a phone number or creating an account is not consent to receive marketing texts.
Consent will not be a condition of purchase. The program will retain a record of your selection, the consent text, the time and the phone number provided.
Frequency, costs and help
For any future enrolled program, message frequency will vary according to the stated purpose. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to withdraw text-message consent and HELP for assistance. You may also contact the team. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
After an opt-out, a single confirmation may be sent, but further program messages will stop unless you choose to enroll again. Marketing consent will not be shared or transferred to another sender.
